Been working some more of the warm wrap thing. May or may not wear it, depending on if it works with the rest of the outfit. I'll maybe just have it to hand if it's chilly, or for trips outside is it's nice to spot nearby firework displays (there surely will be some the Saturday before bonfire night!). I did a different kind of stitch to make the edging and also sewed beads on to make it more special
I've been thinking about what the favours will be like, and I think they will double up as place markers. Possibly sweets wrapped in cellophane with a pretty label. This practice one has beads instead of sweets :)
I wanted to make a warm thing to wear, as it's likely to be chilly in November! I have done an experiment with a crochet wrap that I saw on ravelry, and I think that it looks pretty. Not sure if the colour is a little on the creamy side now that it's all made up though. I also made a nice felt flower which I've attached a safety pin to so it can be attached as extra decoration!
Haven't blogged much recently as much of my recent effort has gone into producing things i'm going to be wearing on the wedding day, and I can't be having those pictures fall into the wrong hands! But now i'm spending time making some other things again :)
